On average, our claims adjusters have more than 15 years of industry experience. Many of our adjustors have been ASE certified, and we strongly endorse ongoing mechanical and service training programs for our representatives. This depth of experience and commitment to our customers allows us to continually set the standard for speed and accuracy of claim handling. Our online claims process typically takes just a few minutes from start to finish. Callers typically experience a 45-second average speed of answer with call resolution in as little as five minutes. In a recent Industry Leading analysis, Warranty Solutions consistently ranked in the top three of competitors for phone hold time before a live adjustor answers.
  • We are committed to timely and convenient claims disbursement. Express payment options include credit card (typically completed within a half-hour of invoice submission) and direct deposit. These options allow you to process claims and receive funds without ever making a phone call. Direct deposit payment typically transfers into the account within two business days. You may also receive payment by check.
